There is nothing more to be written about the Jaguar E Type than has already been written, but suffice to say it is one of the world’s most recognisable, beautiful and collectable cars. But they are also problematic and many have been subject to less than satisfactory repairs over the course of their life. We have seen it all.
We are renowned as being one of the world’s leading authorities on the Jaguar E Type and we have a wealth of experience in restoring them. The body is absolutely critical. Being of monocoque construction, it is vitally important that the tub is restored with absolute accuracy. We have three specifically made body alignment jigs that every E Type bodyshell that we restore is aligned on a jig. Engines are hand built in house and dyno tested. Refinishing is done in house using only the finest paint materials available. We take great pride in our status as one of the foremost authorities in Jaguar E-Type restoration.
The Jaguar XK of the 1950’s was a sportscar with few rivals. Restoring an XK Jaguar is complex and difficult to execute without a wealth of specific knowledge in the model.
